Pebble Beach Estate

My husband and I were fortunate enough to meet Mike Jashinski in early 2018. We were near a decision to retire and have always wanted to own a second residence on the Monterey Peninsula. We knew we loved the area but knew little about the great diversity and differences between inland Monterey and coastal areas such as Pebble Beach and Carmel. Mike is a great listener and took the time to show us properties that met our desire to live in a remote and quiet area surrounded by great natural beauty. We were shown homes and neighborhoods throughout the peninsula. Throughout the process over a 14- month period Mike patiently listened to our feedback. Finally-on a stormy week in late February with Mike's help we found the perfect property. We visited the house repeatedly to be sure and Mike worked closely with us to evaluate the list price and the value of the property. Mike set up meetings with the builder and we spent quality time with the seller's realtor. Mike negotiated a fair price and acted on our behalf in a fair and equitable way. During close Mike and his staff were greatly involved in everything from finding the right home inspector to securing vendors to assure the property was in great condition. Mikes team to include Anita and wife Barbara provided us with a complete list of local vendors and contacts. Best outcomes for all require great trust and integrity. Carmel Dream Home Purchase

As we often do on New Year's Day, Debbie and I were reflecting back on the events of our life that took place over the course of the last year.  In doing so we both agreed that meeting you and your incredible team was a life changing experience in the most positive way possible. We have moved many times over the past 33 years and as a result have bought and sold a lot of real estate. Never before have we had the kind of complete level of care and commitment that you afforded us.  Moving is never easy and moving nearly 2000 miles is even more difficult.  Working with you made the process simple, easy and without the kind of friction we have incurred during previous relocations.  I remember our first contact by phone when you started to explain the nuances and complexities of the Monterey Peninsula.  I thought, " how tough could it be? Land Purchase for Dream Home in Tehama

When we initially approached Tehama Realty we were quite new to the whole idea of building a custom home, so we were cautious prospects to say the least!  On our first meeting Mike listened carefully to our needs and to our reasons for wanting to explore the building process.  He gave us some history about the way property sales at Tehama had recently evolved then took us to see some lots. The very first one was perfect for us!  (Eventually we did wind up buying it, but not before Mike took us to several other lots that met our criteria.)  Throughout our decision making process Mike was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and informative. We never felt sales pressure from him.  He helped us with a list of architects, builders and principals within the Tehama planned community.  Once we became owners and members, Mike continued to support our efforts by making us feel part of the community we had joined.
