Anita Jones

Thirty years ago, Anita Jones visited San Francisco and drove down the coast to Carmel for the day. That's all it took. She went home to Vermont, packed her bags and moved to the Monterey Peninsula where now she cannot imagine living anywhere else.

As a real estate industry professional for 20 years, Anita has a background in real estate and estate planning law as a paralegal, was an escrow officer for eight years and worked as the Director of Operations and Office Administrator at one of Pacific Grove's premier real estate brokerages before joining Sotheby's as a real estate sales professional.  In 2018, Anita joined Mike Jashinski and his team who specialize in luxury real estate sales in Carmel and Monterey, including the master planned resort communities of Monterra and Tehama.

Anita enjoys a proven track record of professionalism, organizational transaction management and problem solving skills, along with the ability to effectively negotiate for sellers and buyers in order to assure they achieve their real estate goals. Her calm demeanor, dependability, solid work ethic and excellent communication practices are valuable assets relative to all real estate transactions.

Anita is the proud mom to her daughter Chloe, who attended Robert Louis Stevenson School, Sarah Lawrence College and Boston University College of Law, and is currently employed with the County of San Francisco. In her spare time, Anita can be found in the fitness center practicing yoga or pilates, walking her little rescue dog Olive in area dog parks, gardening and taking care of her 98 year old cottage in Monterey.
