Pleased to say we are off to a great start with three new Closed Escrows in the first 10 days of January 2017!  523 Loma Alta, a stunning and private estate compound in the exclusive Jack's Peak neighborhood of Carmel. Our second closed escrow of the week was 5105 Paseo Venadis, the John Matthams architectural masterpiece known as " Bel Sito'. Set above the clouds and fog in Jack's Peak with dramatic bay views. We represented the Buyer and closed escrow at $3,850,000. In addition, we closed escrow on Tehama lot # 77 with spectacular views of Monterey Bay and sparkling city lights at night.
