Sold! $1,520,000 in Carmel
As you have probably been hearing, the real estate market is hot in some price points and locations. In fact the stats for Carmel show that sales in July, 2013 were up 90% from July of 2012!! The median sales price in Carmel in July was $1,375,000 — up 33.5% from July 2012. Average sales price was down 10% from a year ago. Most importantly, inventory is down as well. In fact, I have sold everyone of my Carmel listings this year. We have buyer's interested in homes, especially in the $1-1.5 Million price point in Carmel.
