Things are really heating up! And I don't mean the weather...

Things are really heating up around here, and we don't mean the weather (although that's quite nice too!).

We have placed our 3rd Monterra homesite in escrow for the year and our 3rd Tehama homesite just went under contract as well.  In fact, we are very low on Tehama inventory, period.  It is really nice to see more people making the decision to build in these beautiful private communities.  Financing opportunities are now available and at very competitive rates.

Monterra has one home in escrow currently and a lot of "action" (ie. repeat visits) to our other home listings.  There are no homes available for sale in Tehama at the moment.
