Midyear Update
CLOSED ESCROW – July 9, 2013 Carmel $1,850,00
Our sales activity for the first six months of 2013 has been strong! We have closed just under $20,000,000 in gross sales midway through the year. These sales have included six homes sales in Pebble Beach, Carmel, Carmel Highlands and Pacific Grove. Additionally, we have closed four land sales in the gated community of Monterra in Monterey. We currently have four pending sales and heightened interest and activity in all of our luxury home listings. Based on the return of a robust real estate market on the Monterey Peninsula, we hope to continue our brisk sales pace through the remainder of 2013.
