Carmel Market Report - September 2013
The September Market Report for Carmel is attached. Generally there seems to be an overall slow down in the market place, but real estate sales prices in Carmel have continued to improve, and in turn the price/square foot has also increased. Inventory remains at a fairly constant level (especially as compared to some pockets of the market where inventories are low and multiple offers are prevalent).
